I saw this great report on MSN today.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A federal judge on Saturday overturned Washington D.C.’s ban on carrying handguns outside the home, saying it was unconstitutional.

I am shocked, truly shocked! A U. S. judge, sworn to uphold the U. S. Constitution, who appears to have actually read the document!
