I found a strange skull on the beach south of the Dry Tortugas National Park, and i don’t know what it is. Im wondering if anybody knows anything about it. I had it looked at about 4 years ago by the Marine Biology scientist from Nova South Eastern as well as University Miami, and they didn’t no what it was. They believe it was some type of bird do to its hollow bone strutcure. So does anyone know what this may be? ITS ALSO MISSING RIGHT SKINNY BONE.
My guess would be an aquatic animal, possibly amphibian??? Or…. alien origin.
I found one of these also. A friend of mine is a marine biologist and said that it’s a bird pelvis. In my case, possibly a Great Blue Heron. A quick Google for “bird pelvis” images reveals the mystery!
