Pictures of Arctic-based Directed Energy Weapon?

As I noted in my previous article, strange events are common place in the Arctic, but this one defies explanation.
This evening I was forwarded a picture that I initially believed to be nothing more than a reflection on a glass window.
That was until I confirmed that it was not only taken outside, but multiple witnesses have reported to see the phenomena.
A STRANGE MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK
The one thing about the North that is different than living most places is the separation between the average worker to the top officials. Thus over the years I have developed a network of people who are close friends with their ears in high places. Occasionally, they will come to me with information that I can publish, though I seldom do.
The reason? I don’t like to shit where I eat basically. The weird events that take place here are interesting, but I doubt most are interesting to those outside of the North.
One source (who I trust immensely) had come to me with information about a strange air accident that took place about a year ago.
The crash happened in the middle of a major operation taking place in the area by the Canadian military. In the last year, the Canadian brass has been ordering “Sovereignty” operations almost monthly, and I always thought it was fishy that the plane crashed in the middle of one of these exercises.
According to my source, the military had been finishing up their drills and had “forgot” to remove the temporary operation run-way lights. The First Air jet had mistaken these lights for the Resolute airport and crashed into a hill a few miles from town. I could not confirm this fact with anyone personally, so I did not report on it, but I do relate it here for a basis of this sources material.
Today, he messaged me again with a photo attached.
