A new chamber containing a good number of ancient artifacts has been discovered in the Great Pyramid. Scientists are still in shock as to how the chamber remained hidden for so long and what the artifacts could mean to both the conclusive dating of the Great Pyramid and possibly even what the original purpose of the building was for. Of course, most historians claim it is nothing more than a tomb but this discovery could very well give us a definitive answer if the pyramid was constructed for any other means. So far, the team has not been able to gain access to the chamber other than using small video probes but plans are currently being made to do this.
