Pyongyang has frequently tested short-range Scud missiles and the longer-range Nodong missiles. Military in South Korea found that the DPRK has moved two Musudan missiles and an unspecified number of transporter-erector-launchers to its east coast. The Musudan missile can travel roughly 3,000 to 3,500 kilometers and is capable of hitting the US military base in Guam in the Pacific Ocean. Earlier South Korean military speculated that the DPRK would launch missiles on Wednesday. If not, they said it might happen when US Secretary of State John Kerry visits South Korea in mid-April.
