Why Syria Has The Right To Use Chemical Weapons

Once again a cry is going out that Syria has used chemical weapons, but previous reports of WMDs proved to be lies and staged false flag events for which anti-Assad forces attempted to drag the US into another war.

Current US military doctrine gives our government the right to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear nations in order to force a cessation of hostilities on terms favorable to the United States and to use those weapons even against countries that pose no existential threat to the American people or their government. The sole criteria for US in determining the use of nuclear weapons is whether a nation could weaken the US enough to allow other nations to challenge its global hegemony. This is the basis for the US determining when it is within its right to utilize a nuclear weapon.

In the case of Syria, the existence of the state and the right for the individual to hold religious beliefs while being able to exist within that state are being challenged by Takfiri religious extremists who believe they are commanded by God to kill anyone not subscribing to their form of Islam.

The Syrian state’s sole purpose of existence is to ensure that all people of Syria are protected and allowed to worship according to their conscience. Therefore, a conflict exists between the Syrian government and trans-national non-conventional forces accumulated from across the entire Middle East that are funded by established states holding Takfiri beliefs (Saudi Arabia) and then concentrated in a geographical area with the sole purpose of destroying an established secular state to prevent that state from performing its duty of protecting its citizens and theirs sacred beliefs.

It is clear that any potential use of chemical weapons by Syria is only for the purpose of allowing it to fight for its very survival and the survival of its people and their religious beliefs. While the US seeks to deny Syria the right to use all means available to defeat an existential threat, the US claims the right to use nuclear weapons just to gain an advantage in order to obtain material benefit or military and political advantage. In contrast, the government of Syria claims it retains the right to use WMDs to prevent the destruction of the very existence of the state and the people who live within that state and seek the state’s protection. This is what makes Syria morally superior to the US and I believe also gives Syria the moral justification to use chemical weapons in its war against trans-national terrorist groups.

When the overwhelming majority of the fighters inside Syria have been assembled from across the entire Middle East and accumulated in a country for the purpose of slaughtering civilians based on their religious beliefs while killing indiscriminately, these terrorists are keeping humans from exercising the most basic fundamental right that exists, that being the right to exist and worship or not worship while deciding for one’s self what is the ontological basis for reality and existence.

It ought to be clear to everyone that there is no greater crime that can be committed against humanity than to attack others’ very existence due to religious beliefs. With this in mind, I see no problem with the Syrian government exterminating every Takfiri fighter as the beliefs and ideas of these religious extremists make them deserving of the fate to which they have already decided it was their duty to relegate to others. To believe otherwise is to deny humanity the right of self-preservation.

The US has shown it will break every rule of international law just because it seeks to dominate economically, politically and militarily as it lies and manipulates to foment war and the peoples’ support thereof. While the US military doctrine allows the use of nuclear weapons against a non-nuclear state just to maintain advantage, the US claims the authority to limit the right of other states and governments to use whatever force they deem necessary to ensure the very existence of the state and its people and the control each individual exercises over their very mind. To deny self-preservation and intellectual liberty is the most extreme form of tyranny. The only choice the US leaves is for Syrians to decide if they would like to be murdered, commit suicide or be mindless drones subservient to al Qaeda.

The US has criticized political Islam for being “Islamofascist” and has used that justification for waging war against Iraq and Afghanistan and conducting attacks against Syria, Libya, Iran and Yemen. But, now the US seems intent on attempting to ensure the Syrian state can not defend itself from the very terrorists whom the US, as the most powerful nation in the world, has fought a decade-long Global War on Terror against.

The world should let Syria use whatever advantage it has over the massed foreign invaders and call an end to religious fanatics seeking the destruction of secular states and use terror to take away the right of existence and liberty of thought in order to deny social organization that protects religious liberty.
