WW3 prediction from 2011 coming true?

Not sure if its fully legit ~ or if it is why its any more than 1 in a million predictions that may be coming true ~ But it would appear this story from 2011 sniffed out the event sin the Ukraine.  Is this WW3?

Why would Russia park an intelligence ship in port at Cuba?  Could it be to more easily listen in on US CENTCOM out of MacDill in FL?
