Colombian Report on US Military’s Child Rapes Not Newsworthy to US News Outlets.  US military soldiers and contractors sexually abused at least 54 children in Colombia between 2003 and 2007. The rapists were never punished.

 

UN Security Council Focuses on Children as Victims of Armed Groups.  France called the meeting to urge countries to address the issue of violations of children’s rights in conflict areas.
