The Project for the New American Century (PNAC) was a neo-conservative think tank that operated between 1997 and 2006. The USA only took seconds to say that the aid convoy in Syria was hit by fighter jets but are now saying that they don’t know what hit the convoy because jets leave a radar signiture and they cannot show one if jets were not used.
Some of the trucks seem to have been set on fire and have not been damaged by bombs judging by the pictures and the trucks were in “Moderate Rebel” controlled land when they were hit so this is looking like yet another false flag as do the recent bombing in the USA just to cover up the USA providing air cover for ISIS where sixty two members of the SAA were killed during an attack.
Putin seems to have gone soft in the head and just want to keep on talking to his american partners as Tukey culls the kurds in Syria so to me it looks like Putin just wants out of Syria or we are being played with both sides being fully under the control of the bankers and they both want an excuse to build more toys.
