Putin Issues War Ultimatum – NATO Must Stand Down or Be Attacked
Paul Marin alerted me to a story from SouthFront.org in which they are claiming the following:
“Vladimir Putin asked the US to remove its defense infrastructure from Eastern Europe and from the territory of new NATO members in the Balkans and the Baltics (Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland) as well as its troops stationed there in recent years. He also insists that Washington’s sanction are lifted and compensation paid for the damage caused by them…”
Essentially, this is true, but incomplete as most first reports are. Also, Moldova and Hungary must be added to the list.
I have just consulted with my best military source, we will call him my “Benghazi source”, because he provided during this event information to me that very few people had access to. Here is what I have learned:
- NATO moved troops into these countries in the aftermath of the Ukraine fiasco. The show of force by NATO was designed to discourage the Russians from militarily overrunning Kiev like they did in Crimea.
- Two years ago, Putin, through back-channels, threatened to cut off natural gas and oil to both Eastern and Western Europe if the CIA did not abandon its operations in Ukraine. NATO promptly engaged in a series of offensive drill maneuvers near Russian interests. This was an intimidation move which sent the message that if Russia made good on its threats to cut off oil and natural gas to Europe, Russian interests would be attacked by NATO.
- At issue with Putin’s demands is the removal of a series of missile shields installed in Eastern Europe. Missile shields in Germany have been a point of contention for Russia in the past. The presence of a missile shield removes some of the elements of Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) because it appears to Russia that NATO would believe that they can deliver a first strike and survive the retaliatory strike.
- Later, Russia’s demands were expanded to Syria, when Putin demanded that the US stop supplying ISIS with material support to use against the Syrian Army. Putin has issued orders to his planes and troops that if they are threatened, they may respond with lethal force. That threat includes US military personnel.
- As we already know, Putin terminated the plutonium processing agreement with the US, for hostile action by Washington against Russia. This deal cannot be restarted until NATO forces are out of Eastern Europe.
There are no shortage of places that this war could commence. Is this why the German government told its citizens to get prepared for tough times ahead?
Conclusion
The timing of this report is very circumstantial in light of the fact Russia has 40 million of its citizens underground at this moment practicing to survive a nuclear attack from the United States. Does anyone else believe that it is suspicious that Putin issues this order at this time? Some people close to me believe that if Russia is going to attack it will be before the civil defense drill is completed on October 7th.
This is a fluid report that will, undoubtedly, go through several revisions. However, the threat is real and should be taken seriously. Almost as important, do you have your preparations completed?

No kidding, he takes the conditions that Putin laid out in order to reinstate the plutonium processing agreement and then switches it around and says that those terms must be met or else Putin will attack.

Putin backed himself into a corner challenging the West. Now it’s put up or shut up. This is not a game of one “upmanship” but who will get humiliated first?
Russia has been asking for the USA to stick to it’s agrement not to allow NATO to move a inch closer to Russia for years and this means nothing and does not mean that Russia is about to attack Europe but the yanks would like you to think it does because they fear Russia and Europe being freinds and cutting them out.

What he is trying to say here is that he tried to use his brain or had some visions and then we get the BS about 40 million russians doing bunker testing and nothing about they have been doing the same every year for the past five years because that would expose the plot he’s trying to sell you.

No David he has not and if he did than I would be happy to say so but he has isued an “ultimatum” that international law will be enforced in the skys above Syria and anyone that brakes the law will be shoot down.

The alarmist headline is a blatant misinterpretation of the facts. Putin pulled Russia out of a plutonium disposal treaty and listed all the things he wanted if the US wanted that treaty back. That was it! He never threatened any kind of of attack.
But this lie can be deadly. When the folks who actually did 9/11 do another false flag and blow up some American cities this article can help blame the Russians and justify our first strike at them. Not a good idea.
Tensions are high. This is not the time for this kind of false inflammatory propaganda.
