What is China up to, some may wonder in what is still sketchy reports but we are seeing that China may have very well deployed its feared Dongfeng-41 ICBM Nuclear Capable Missiles near Tibet. While this is happening the Chinese have a Naval fleet headed to the Gulf of Aden near Yemen.
