On Sunday, North Korea transmitted the coded radio message to its “sleeping” agents abroad.
The message consisted of mysterious random numbers that are believed to be an encoded order to their “sleeping” agents outside the country.
“From now on, we announce tasks of mechanical engineering review for the Unit 21 expedition members of the remote education university,” North Korea’s state-run Pyongyang Radio said at 12:15 a.m.”
“Number 69 on page 602, number 79 on page 133, number 18 on page 216,” the broadcast said. A total of 70 sets of such five-digit numbers were read out twice”
The NSA insider believes that these numbers can also be codes for the activation of powerful explosive devices.
And even a miniature nuclear charge (mini-nuke).
This version can not be ruled out, because in March 2016 the media reported that North Korea had successfully developed a miniature nuclear bomb. And no one guarantees that such a mini-nuke is no longer outside the country.
But is this really so, we will be able to find out in the very near future.
As soon as it became known, The South Korean military confirmed Monday the United States is sending a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier to waters near the Korean Peninsula again due to concerns about North Korea’s provocations.
The Pacific Command, based in Hawaii, announced earlier that the Carl Vinson Strike Group is on its way to the western Pacific region from Singapore, a turnaround from its initial plan to make port calls in Australia.
The deployment is quite unusual as the high-profile carrier visited South Korea less than a month ago.
