In the beginning the US Central Intelligence used Osama Bin Laden as a CIA asset to help create the 'Muslim terrorist apparatus' in the early 80's….Later on in the 90's, this US plan was discussed by Zbigniew Brzezinski in his book 'The Grand Chessboard", where control of Eurasia was laid out as a necessity for world domination. http://www.wanttoknow.info/brzezinskigrandchessboard
