Earlier this week, Schilling posted (featured above) and then deleted a tweet that seemed to suggest “extremist” Muslims are as much of a threat to the world as the Nazis were during World War II. ESPN called the tweet “completely unacceptable,” and suspended Schilling from his Little League World Series on-air duty. In effect, Curt Schilling was fired for telling the truth.
In reality, the United States has reorganized its society in response to the Muslim “extremist” terrorist threat and this is a reality that ESPN has obviously chosen to ignore. In fact the United States government paid $5 million dollars to Markus Wolf to create the Department of Homeland Security which was modeled in the image of the East German Stasi of which Wolf was the leader.
As ESPN criticizes Schilling’s notion that 5-10% of Muslims are extremists as “completely unacceptable”, one has to wonder if ESPN officials have ever heard of Iraqi or Syrian Christians who have been beheaded by ISIS members. Can you just imagine the outcry if a “radical” group of Christians were beheading Muslims?
Following the anti-American and historically ignorant response by ESPN, many Americans have taken to twitter to express their outrage at ESPN.

I understand and accept my suspension. 100% my fault. Bad choices have bad consequences and this was a bad decision in every way on my part.
@gehrig38 Seriously, stop apologizing. What is the factual dispute?

The extremist ESPN supporters of global terrorism have very convenient memories. They have seem to have managed to erase the following images from the history of our country.
Didn’t the government tell us that 19 Saudis with box cutters hijacked 4 planes resulting in this? As ridiculous as the offical narrative explanation may have been, why is ESPN turning their liberal backs on official government doctrine in which it was stated that Islamic terrorist extremists perpetrated the worst terror attack on American soil?
The day 3,000 innocent Americans lost their lives to this event, the citizens of this country lost their individual liberties.
Newsflash to ESPN: Extreme Islamic terrorists is why we have to endure unconstitutional violations of our 4th Amendment at the airports and why we tolerate Granny being goosed before she can board a plane. And now we suspend an ESPN broadcaster for telling the truth about the very people that put us in this situation?
Someone should ask the liberal morons at ESPN if we should disband the TSA? Close Gitmo? Should we immediately bring all of our troops home from the Middle East? Should we have the FBI stop issuing domestic ISIS terror alerts? Should we immediately suspend all surveillance activities emanating from the NSA in the supposed search for Islamic terrorists? What is next ESPN? Are you going to monitor and approve of how your employees vote, or where they worship? When will ESPN begin to ban Christians from working for the network?
Orwell was correct when he said that there will come a day in every totalitarian regime where telling the truth is considered to be a revolutionary act!
Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin thoroughly trashed ESPN for suspending former Major League pitcher and current commentator Curt Schilling over an offensive tweet about “extremist” Muslims. In her Facebook post, Palin called ESPN “a journalistic embarrassment.”
Palin further stated that “By picking and choosing who they’ll tolerate and who they’ll try to destroy, ESPN has zero credibility as a sound and reasonable media outlet”. Truer words were never spoken!
Schilling originally said that 5-10% of Muslims are extremists. I am not certain that we can give an accurate estimate. However, let’s suffice it to say that there are enough extremist Muslims to force all Americans to change their daily lives. And Schilling did not say ALL Muslims are extremists and they are not, most are not.
If radicalized Christian groups were beheading Muslims, I would not support these kinds of actions with either my approval or my complicit silence. Muslims have an inherent duty to publicly condemn those who perpetrate unprovoked heinous acts against innocent people. Americans have an inherent duty to speak out against the same injustices. And as far as the NAZI comparisons, I could not agree with Schilling’s comments more. Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda and ISIS are substantial threats to domestic tranquility and world peace and they need to be called out as do all who support their acts either overtly or covertly. The same holds true for Christians. I loathe the betrayal of the Christian faith by people like the Pope, Joel Osteen and any clergy holding membership to the Clergy Response Team. I call these people out with equal vehemence as I do Muslim extremists.
As far as ESPN goes, their mission is to cover and report on sporting events. Their mission is not censor the truth in order to protect a hidden agenda, yet, that is exactly what they did here. This ESPN’s pattern. They gave Bruce “Kaitlyn” Jenner and award for courage. Since when does it take courage to have one’s penis removed? Yet, ESPN has gotten into bed with CNN.
Curt Schilling, I like you better when you had the intestinal fortitude to stand by your stated beliefs.
America, we have choices. Please make this go viral. America desperately needs to boycott ESPN.
