While in the U.S. Army in Germany, for over a year Billy Capshaw was tortured by his roommate, sadistic serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. When Dahmer was finally tossed out of the service, he came to Miami where he kidnapped 6-year-old Adam Walsh, son of John Walsh, writes true crime author Arthur Jay Harris.
