Man Selling Snow, may not be legal.  (Illegal Snow Yo) Massachusetts by the sea man selling snow for profit in record snowfall

This man is shoving snow into CVS water bottles and shipping the falesly labeled bottles across America under the Guise of being an official CVS bottled water product!  CVS has made a statement saying that they do not approve of the use of their bottles for this purpsose nor do they condone the practice!  It is not cool to send someone a water bottle that they paid $20 for with an ingredients list that indicates that it is CVS bottled drinking water furthermore;

Massachusetts man selling, shipping snow from his yard!  MANCHESTER-by-the-SEA, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts man has found a way to profit from the several feet of snow in his yard: He’s shipping it to people in warmer climates for the bargain price of $89 for six pounds.  Not So Fast;  The FDA considers all forms of ice to be a food and therefore in need of regulation if it is to cross State Lines in Interstate Commerce.  Selling ice in water bottles may not be a good idea after all!  Click the Photo to watch the video here and leave a comment about this man turning a profit from record snowfall.  Do you think this man selling snow out of Boston has a good idea?  Here is a link to the story by bustle.com;  http://www.bustle.com/articles/66362-ship-snow-yo-ships-fresh-boston-snow-to-your-doorstep-because-winter-is-for-everyone
Kyle Waring, of Manchester-by-the-Sea, got the idea while shoveling snow earlier this winter and launched ShipSnowYo.com.  He is seeing robust sales and a  steady increase of orders from his new business hoping to cash in on the enormous stock of winter snow this year!  Is it legal?  Is it safe? Can I do that?  Hmmm….. DON’T drink the water!  Ice is Food.  Snow is ice.  According to the FDA Ice is food NO MATTER WHAT!  It may not even be legal to sell and ship snow across State Lines, especially not in drinking water bottles.  Hmmm.

There is plenty more snow and snowfall in the weather forecast.  Winter weather is pummeling much of the United States.  However I caution you that selling snow in water bottles may not be a good idea.
