Ever wonder why its called “Fast Food”??? You drive up through thte window at “Fast Food” restaurant, the meal is about $9.00 you eat it and then feel sick or lethargic an hour later only to do the same thing again??
Well by now you should have realized that the “Fast Food” is not really “Food” it is just “substance”…. what kind of substance you say??

ITS EASY….. The solution is go to a grocery store, get out of your car and buy an organic fruit or vegetable. and eat it instead.
