California Winter Outlook with over 60 cities rainfall outlook 2015-2016

We are heading into the big El Nino territory soon and yes we are getting a better handle on how this will all pan out. The Southern Jet is the key to rain in California this winter and it looks like it may bounce north and south but more than likely stay in Southern California this winter. Yes some relief is on the way but it may fall a little short to entirely wipe out the drought. I included the wild card graphics and lots of city outlooks for California.
