Patricia is expected to survive across Mexico and barrel through Southern Texas all the way east through Houston and into Louisiana and Mississippi. Flooding is going to be happening for those area … and unrelated flooding has already happened in Dallas. But through this weekend, flooding is expected along the Texas and Louisiana coastal zones.
Houston could see over 5-7″ of rainfall, inland TX over 10″, and Central Louisiana the same at 10″ or higher. A large area of 4″ of rain or higher will go from Texas to parts of Western Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
