(Before It's News)

A magistrate court sitting at Iyaganku,Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria has adjourned the case of 22 agents of Action Congress of Nigeria(ACN)to August 27. It will be recallled that 42 agents of ACN were assaulted by thugs of former governor of Oyo state and later handed over to the police during the last Governorship election in April. This is the fifth time the case has been adjourned.
The agents who felt abandoned are grumbling over the way both Senator Adeseun and Gov. Ajimobi groups are treating them on the support for transportation to and from Lagos whenever the matter is being held. The case could have possibly been struct out today due to lack of witnesses and evidence to prove the matter beyond reasonable doubt, but four of the accused failed to appear in court because of lack of transportation fares from Lagos their permanent place of abode.
