On Wednesday, Private first class Bradley Manning’s hit its sixth day and the court is now considering whether or not Manning’s first charge of releasing a video showing the US military implementing a deadly attack in Afghanistan could be challenged due to conflicting dates. Earlier this week, Army prosecutors tried to prove that Pfc. Manning sent the whistleblower website WikiLeaks a video of the 2009 air strike in Farah province, but their own witnesses couldn’t make the connection.
