The goals for Popular Mechanics i.e History Channel was never to investigate 9/11 directly via movies or journalism, rather and very oddly the goals where only to investigate the claims made by … well just about anyone. Why not just DO an investigation and then see if the conclusions match up using the same double blind method drug makers use?
What is new here is someone has been duped into believing an investigation took place. What they are doing is making a report about claim or a rumor which could be anything and then playing the matching game. If you know the outcome has to false each time so the claim could be false or the interpretation could be false. The bottom line is the result has to add up as false.
This new form of journalism aka "rumor journalism" with a touch of yellow because who can't verify the true source of the claims and if the claims are even close like O.J's gloves i.e close but no match. Rumor journalism never has to do anything or any hard work, like for example who said what, when and why. Rumors are free and in the wild.
Then the "9/11" Truth movement just so happens to NOT demand a real investigation from Popular mechanics thus validating "rumor journalism" as a proxy for "investigative journalism". Setup complete!
Why did 9/11 Truth fail to point this scam out? Every single sentence should have embedded the term "rumor journalism" to get the point across that this is a setup and the people should know: "no investigative journalism has taken place by History Channel or Popular mechanics" and no investigative journalism will ever take place.
Then the real question should have been, Why is Popular mechanics not doing an investigation on 9/11?
