“Of Course The Order Still Stands” – Dick Cheney

Dick Cheney gave a stand-down order to U.S. air defense on 9/11 – “of course the order still stands”, Cheney reassured his Naval Aide Douglas Cochrane (“a young man” – Norman Mineta testimony) thereby permitting the unauthorized aircraft that was being tracked and targeted by military radar to come in unchallenged from just “ten miles” out to strike the Pentagon.
Three months before 9/11 Vice President Dick Cheney usurped control of NORAD and therefore he alone had the power to call for military aircraft on the hijacked airliners on 9/11. He did not exercise that power until after the World Trade Center and Pentagon were destroyed when he had Flight 93 shot down .
On the contrary, the Secretary of Transportation on 9/11, Norman Mineta, testified that Dick Cheney gave a stand-down order to U.S. air defense on 9/11 – “Dick Cheney had effectively taken control of the operations (starts @ 10:01 minutes in Mazzucco’s “a summary”) from the so-called PEOC, the bunker located under the White House” – Massimo Mazzucco. Three months after 9/11 Cheney relinquished command of NORAD and returned it to military operation. Dick Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton before becoming vice president. Halliburton was awarded no-bid contracts to occupy Iraq. After 9/11 Cheney said that the government was going to have to operate in the shadows and “work on the dark side if you will”. Source
W Bush remains seated and proceeds to casually start reading “My Pet Goat” after being informed that the nation was under attack – he finally leaves the classroom only after Cheney’s live war games are concluded with the explosions at the Pentagon. Given the capabilities of the U.S. air defenses and the relative ease of intercepting commercial airliners, the Bush/Cheney cabal had to work hard to cripple the U.S. air defenses (scroll to “The Crippling of U.S. Air Defenses”) – “The 9/11 Stand Down in 2 Minutes”.

There is sufficient doubt about the omissions and inconsistencies in the official United States of America 9/11 Commission Report to show that 9/11 was an act of preset explosives and control demolitions.

The only reasonable interpretation of Mr. Cheney’s order is “do not shoot”. This
contravened President Bush’s order — the shooting down of commercial aircraft that
were suspected to be controlled by terrorists, and left the Pentagon open to attack.
