It is easy to see even from surface records going back to the end of the Cold War:
They view humanity as a threat to not Mother Earth – but the control they enjoyed under feudalism. Too high a population is too hard to control. They have openly stated in numerous forums that they want to reduce the number of humanity down from 7 billion to 1 or so…
Once you understand that, so much makes logical sense about what they are doing…
I saw one of these cities in China about 9 years ago.

They said the 16th and the 17th Amendment were not properly ratified. These prove to be the most destructive to your Constitution.
