The Cattle Industry Summer Conference, the mid-year meeting of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), Cattlemen’s Beef Board and American National CattleWomen, is taking place in Denver this week.
As the conference was getting underway on Wednesday, we talked to the president of NCBA, Nebraska cattle feeder J.D. Alexander, about several issues of importance to cattlemen, including the drought, the federal estate tax and federal “over-regulation”.
