Yesterday we talked about how the drought could affect your grocery bill in the short term. Purdue Extension agriculture economist Chris Hurt tells Brownfield that in the long term – there will be an impact in the meat and dairy aisles. The Ag Department says overall food prices will rise 3 to 4% next year.
