“Playa Luna,” Chile’s leading nudist beach, now offers bi-monthly tours from Santiago to anyone interested in partaking of some naked fun on the beach.
Down in Chile, the seasons are upside down and as most Americans are beginning to bundle up, the beach season in Chile starts this Sunday.
Hidden between two cliffs in the beach area of Puchuncaví in Valparaíso, there’s a special spot called “Playa Luna.’
Twice a month during the beach season, Playa Luna hosts nudist outings and next year for the first time, Playa Luna will also host the Latin American Nudist Conference. This event is where leaders of nudist movements across Latin America will converge to participate in events, conferences, speeches and other activities of concern to nudists.
Playa Luna expects to attract around 12,000 visitors this season, the nudist beach is open to anybody willing to pay the small fee and take it all off, as once there birthday suits are an absolute must.
Prices for tours departing from Santiago are US$44.50 for couples, US$38.45 for gentlemen traveling alone and US$18.20 for women.
