As Republican leaders offer yet another compromise in attempt to bring mining jobs to Wisconsin, their attempts are rejected out of hand by Senators Bob Jauch and Dale Schultz. They want a proposal they authored. However the would-be operators of the mine say the Jauch-Schultz proposal would not provide the certainty they need to bring thousands of jobs to the state.
AB426 is scheduled for a vote before the Wisconsin State Senate on Tuesday. |
