The USA inc. Government, located in the sovereign nation of Washington DC is purchasing 2 million doses of Small pox Vaccine from Siga technologies for about 200 dollars per dose. The total contract is for 463 million dollars. The government is borrowing the money and charging it back to Mr. & Ms. taxpayer… Only, the vaccine isn’t for the common people, the slave class will suffer the Pox.
There are only two facilities in the world that have Small Pox virus. These facilities are ran by USA and Russia. It is said their are 4 trillion doses of the virus.
