What’s it like to stand on Mars?
There is no Buzz Aldrin around to describe it, but it will be humanity’s next and greatest achievement in space exploration.
So, in the meantime, digital photographic artist Andrew Bodrov has created the next best thing:
A panoramic, clickable image of Mars stitched seamlessly together from hundreds of still photographs beamed back to Earth by the Curiosity Rover.
It’s almost like discovering a new continent…
