Very interesting. There is definitely a signature incoming accelerator to the left of the frame. Without a wider frame or a closer inspection of the original cellphone video feed it is hard to confirm that this is a actual missile strike. But if I had to guess I would have to agree with the author.
I can confirm this sound as well as the angel of inception from mid to top left to below right is indeed a missile from a fighte attack jet.
