In 2011, the Occupy Wall Street protests made headlines across the country and viewers all over the US saw the heavy handed tactics by police against peaceful protesters. From pepper spray to flying fists, the police brutality was all caught on camera, but a New York City district attorney said their wasn’t enough evidence to charge the cops. Protester Chelsea Elliott was featured in some of the footage and she gives us her reaction to the DA’s decision.
