It seems the missile missed that target by far, could the shoot be so miscalculated by mils, since the target has been quite static …

Where was this? Was there a military base nearby or where did the alleged missile come from? Is it possible that the smoke trail came from the craft taking off? Did they see the ufo and then the launch, or what ? No details leads to so many basic questions. I checked the original site and nothing there either. Is this on youtube?
