The chase started in Maryland and ended in Delaware.
An attempted burglary that was thwarted when the homeowner fired a gun at the intruders near Berlin, Md., ended with a high-speed chase by police into Delaware that ended with two suspects in custody.
It all began about 9 a.m. Saturday, when two men attempted to rob a home in the 11800 block of Porfin Drive, Maryland State Police said.
