A large police mobilization was generated after an anonymous caller alerted authorities through 066 of an emergency. They stated that in the town of San Isidro, towards the town of Coyuca de Benitez, was a decapitated human head sitting upon a narcomessage. The message was signed by “The Cleaner”.
