U.S. Received ET Technology ~ Says Former CIA & Lockheed Skunkworks Engineer

Don Phillips, former member of the CIA and Lockheed Skunkworks engineer testifies that the U.S. does not only have numerous extraterrestrial devices, but has also achieved tremendous technological advances from the study of the extraterrestrial technologies.

Phillips states that in the 1950′s and 1960′s, NATO did research into the origin of ET races, and disseminated reports to the leaders of various countries.

Phillips lists computer chips, lasers, night vision, and bulletproof vests as advancements received directly from the examination of extraterrestrial technologies. Phillips now develops technologies that can help eliminate environmental pollutants and reduce the need for fossil fuels, though no word if these technologies were also obtained from alien visitors.
