‘Where does he get power to go around the Supreme Court?’

Rep. Randy Weber, R-Texas, is ripping Attorney General Eric Holder for recognizing same-sex marriages in Utah – even saying his move to circumvent the Supreme Court is an impeachable offense – and is introducing legislation to strengthen federal laws allowing states to determine their own definitions of marriage.
In December, U.S. District Court Judge Robert Shelby ruled Utah’s definition of marriage as only the union of one man and one woman was unconstitutional. He also refused to stay his decision to allow the appeals process to play out. Until the U.S. Supreme Court stayed the ruling, roughly 1,000 same-sex couples were legally married in Utah.
State officials quickly announced those marriages would not be recognized by the state, but Attorney General Holder countered by saying the federal government would consider them valid.
Weber is appalled by the actions of both Shelby and Holder.
“Well, obviously activist judges, as a Republican and conservative, we know that they get it wrong. They get it wrong so often. I was encouraged on the other side of that coin, that the Supreme Court issued a stay until they get to fully weigh in on this court decision,” Weber told WND.
“The attorney general, man, in my opinion, this guy is incorrigible. They’ve gone around Congress on so many issues, with Fast and Furious, and there’s just a whole bunch of refusing to defend (the Defense of Marriage Act) and now coming in even though the Supreme Court has issued a stay. This guy goes around the Supreme Court and says, ‘Well, we’ll recognize it.’ Where does he get that power to say we’ll go around the Supreme Court? This guy needs to be impeached and [thrown] out of office,” he said.

Don’t “Throw him out of office”… Drag him out and throw him in Federal Prison, along with the rest of those criminals in these past 4 or 5 Administrations!
He was already gave impeachment papers. What is going on with that.
Marriage between a man and a woman means nothing more than state permission to have a civil union. It can’t be a holy matrimony if the participants have to march into a state office and procure a license. So what difference does it make if two men or two women do the same? What hypocrisy!

The Supreme Court has made so many rulings that fly in the face of the Laws of God its ridiculous! Legalizing abortion, which is murdering the unborn, is one example. Do any of you really think that those who sit in the “chief seats” are going to somehow escape the Day of Judgment? Not a chance!
Eric Holder is a racist going after six white germans. They left their homeland because they were forced to put their kids in public schools. they wanted to home school. the parents are both music teachers both have jobs not living on the goverment tit. But being white and not on welfare he wants to deport them because the obama admin does not reconize thier problems with the german goverment. To bad their not illegals from south of the border the would be handed everything.

The people of Germany, and the world at that time thought that their was no way to get that guy out of office, let alone arrest him. Well we know history. The same here noone and i mean noone is above the common law we all have in our hearts, which was put their by our Creator. Soon enough the people will have had enough! Then they will take matters into their own hands. If History teaches us one thing it teaches us to be patient. Trust me i know its soo damn hard too be patient in lieu of the corruption of this Government! But im starting to see it, where i live no one has anything good to say about this dictator we have in office, and they are ready to do something about it. Eric Holder is riding high atm, but be careful if you think you cant fall, cause you will, and it will be a doosey!
