A grand [production for pouring cement. Boasting that Los Angeles will have the tallest building west of the Mississippi, it’s a big ta-do about the longest, continuous concrete pour of 21,200 cubic yards of the muck.
Ok, California can “pour” out ALL THIS MONEY for the brag of having a tall building, but our farmers cannot plant their crops because you will not allow them water.
