Cop Breaks Student’s Arm At Texas High School (Graphic Video)

(N.Morgan) A Texas high school student got first hand experience with police brutality when an officer twisted his arm so tightly behind his back, it broke! You can audibly hear and see his arm snap. The student was already on the ground with another resource officer on top of him when the police officer decided to twist his arm as part of a “pain compliance” technique, why he then broke it is anyone’s guess.

Last month we covered a similar incident out of Rotterdam, New York where a cop did the same to a disabled student on a school bus. Unlike this incident the student showed little to no resistance. Nonetheless, Rotterdam police said the officer acted “within protocol.”

That pig knew exactly what he was doing. Knew how to twist it and definitely felt it snap. Prosecute that swine.
