What doctors found inside an Indian businessman after he complained of having a stomach ache (12 gold bars worth £1,100 each). The 63-year-old told doctors he swallowed a water bottle cap. HA! He complained of vomiting and wanted the cap removed. Seriously, did he think the surgeons would NOT find what he swallowed?!

But when surgeons operated they found 12 gold bars in his body. Now pictures have emerged of 33g bars removed in operation. Customs officials questioned the man and the gold was confiscated. 

Total haul has an estimated value of $23,300 (£13,900)
