The moment a shootout erupts in a Philadelphia motel (VIDEO)
Police have released the CCTV footage of a shootout that erupted in a Northeast Philadelphia motel March 31.
The shooting took place at the Roosevelt Motor Inn around midnight and involved three unidentified men. They fired multiple rounds at each other while racing through the motel hallways before fleeing onto the streets, CBS News reports.
“We don’t know what’s the motive behind this. Either way, it’s still a problem,” said Philadelphia Police Lt. John Stanford. “There’s no way you can have individuals shooting at each other, especially inside of an occupied hotel.”
No one was injured during the shooting and the suspects are still at large. The Philadelphia Police Department has requested anyone with knowledge about the crime or who can identify the suspects call the detectives division at 215-686-3154.
