A – Envision along with the in-breath via the nose into the belly (slightly below the belly-button): The Universe centering its energies into Earth’s Nucleus and is then raised to where the breath is accumulated.
B – Envision along with the out-breath via the mouth from the lower-belly: Earth’s Nucleus ascend via the seven chakras into the infinite universe, along with the Earth glowing from within. This Gaia Practice empowers our entire being and will also contribute to the Purification of each body cell. It can be used for the blessing and unblocking of any stagnation. Chemtrails can be brought to Point-Zero and the evidence can be seen by how they change into cumulus-clouds (change division (1) into union (2).
