Martial Law, Detention Camps and Kangaroo Courts: Are We a New Third Reich?

Despite what some may think, the Constitution is no magical incantation against government wrongdoing. Indeed, it’s only as effective as those who abide by it. However, without courts willing to uphold the Constitution’s provisions when government officials disregard it and a citizenry knowledgeable enough to be outraged when those provisions are undermined, it provides little to no protection against SWAT team raids, domestic surveillance, police shootings of unarmed citizens, indefinite detentions, and the like.

Unfortunately, the courts and the police have meshed in their thinking to such an extent that anything goes when it’s done in the name of national security, crime fighting and terrorism. Consequently, America no longer operates under a system of justice characterized by due process, an assumption of innocence, probable cause and clear prohibitions on government overreach and police abuse. Instead, our courts of justice have been transformed into courts of order, advocating for the government’s interests, rather than championing the rights of the citizenry, as enshrined in the Constitution.
Just recently, for example, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in U.S. v. Westhoven that driving too carefully, with a rigid posture, taking a scenic route, and having acne are sufficient reasons for a police officer to suspect you of doing something illegal, detain you, search your car, and arrest you—even if you’ve done nothing illegal to warrant the stop in the first place.
In that same vein, the U.S. Supreme Court declared in a 5-4 ruling in Navarette v. California that police officers can, under the guise of “reasonable suspicion,” stop cars and question drivers based solely on anonymous tips, no matter how dubious, and whether or not they themselves witnessed any troubling behavior.
And then you have the Supreme Court’s refusal to hear Hedges v. Obama, a legal challenge to the indefinite detention provision of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA), thereby affirming that the President and the U.S. military can arrest and indefinitely detain individuals, including American citizens, based on a suspicion that they might be associated with or aiding terrorist organizations.
All three cases reflect a mindset in which the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, once the map by which we navigated sometimes hostile terrain, has been unceremoniously booted out of the runaway car that is our government, driven over and left for road kill on the side of the road. All that can be seen in the rear view mirror are the tire marks on its ragged frame.

Wise up my fellow Patriots and don’t put yourself in any of these types of situation, you are a much needed asset ( every GODLY man of knowledge and of resolve to remain free of their interferences) for our freedoms we once again are being targeted for supporting. These are times which should make a man examine, for good or worse, the very nature of being an individual with the knowledge of freedom and liberties granted by GOD. its time we get it together and support and protect one, another, without the assistance of the gubbermint. They have claimed us “potential terrorist” just for believing in a living GOD and his commandment to live out our lives in a respectful and loving manner, they have an attitude of “its us against them”, never acknowledging who these “them” are, they are making claims against the honest hard working individuals of their hard earned property, the money they earned without the help of the gubbermint, handing it out as it were theirs alone to give to those who refuse, for whatever reasoning, to work their way in this world as we do, they are being lead by a person who refuses to even acknowledge who he actually is, a known closet muslim/marxist, pretending to be a Christian, a pretender, a liar, a thief, a murderer of men woman, children and the defenseless and weakest among our fellow man, all under the name of protecting us and from who, they don’t say.
Having already switched sides on the war on terrorism, ( unknown to the average low-info voters in-2011) they are openly funding and giving material support/aid to the enemies of our Nation, while telling us its a “National Security matter” so sit down and shut up, we are in control now, there seems to be no boundry to our individual freedoms they are not willing to strip us of, or they have not already striped from us as a Nation or our individual lives or ordered to be relinquish from our lives without our say-so, they are not supported by the majority, and in fact, we are being ruled over by a minority of players, called the elitist who’s love for humanity, fellow Patriot, or love of Country, does not exist, only (for the root of all evil) their continued fraudulent pillaging of our resources, our money they manage to steal out from under our economy, our States, and communities, and future generation of American citizens as though their personal piggy-banks to plunder at will, under who’s authority, again, they refuse to say, yet still claiming us (white Christian males and their spouses-military veterans-Christian Leaders- and the educated among us who can tell of our heritage, as American Patriots from its founding), to be the enemies of State. Unfortunately for those who refuse to see, with eyes wide open, and ears fully functional who refuse to listen to the truth of their mantra, its the “fundamental transformation” they so desire, which only leads to slavery and fiefdom and rulings from these people who have placed themselves on-high over us and our individual freedoms GOD granted to all of humanity and under his authority by way of his commandments from him, these types of person sold us all down the river by allowing these thugs to rule over our land with impunity. The gubbermint does not have any authority to either give or take any of these ideals from us, they don’t produce a damned thing, earn no money, nor lately govern in a respectful and honorable manner/fashion, and they call us the potential terrorist. It baffles this PAtriots mind to be a witness of this nation and its founding principle being thrown away, anf all for what, we’ll se soon so yeah sure scooter, go ahead make my day, I double duce dare you.
People had better awake form their slumber thinking it can’t happen here, it already is, they just refuse to believe it, right in front of their lying eyes. There will soon be a path to take which will lead to warring with the very people who pay these people their salaries,
Because of the dumbing down of our young, ( 60+% cant even name their individual representatives in the Congress) which has being going along without any interferences from us, the confusion of who we are as a Nation among other nations, we are the ones our creator calls upon to come to the rescue of all other yearning the same freedoms we long ago fought to establish, maintain and demand compliance of out of our so called leaders, turned traitors of this Republic. Sorry to inform you but, if you haven’t already figured it out yet, they do not respect nor follow our Founding principles let alone the Laws of our land, but, they now have combined their efforts with the major Corp’s, ( fast becoming a fascist oligarchy) and do NOT REPRESENT We the Patriots/people any longer, just their personal wealth gains. One day soon, by design, on the part of the elitist, people will realize they’ve been, in modern terms defrauded, otherwise known as “punked” and then the fun begins, and all because, well that’s another line I won’t get involved in at the moment, but it is safe to say ignorance, arrogance and cowardice.
