The numbers are astronomical and hard to grasp, for the average Joe. Can America continue to borrow money to pay for the welfare state, as enrollment for such programs skyrockets. Is this yet another piece in the Cloward-Piven to collapse of the US economy?

We(the USA)would have no problem taking care of our own if we stopped ALL FOREIGN AID(what we pay dictators of other countries to do our bidding/allow our military in)immediately.
What we give in out in food stamps(49,000,000 Americans qualify/utilize),pales in comparison to foreign aid. And,as far as I know,there is no such thing as people getting “welfare” as it used to be known. There are no cash payouts anymore.
Maybe if we enacted some illegal immigrant reform,Americans could find jobs that paid a living wage?!
