EarthScope ANF Website

http://anf.ucsd.edu/stations.php

gives the latest seismic data from a server of each station in the USArray as a detail of waveforms, plot for Last Month, Last Week, Last Day or Last Hour.

A plot of the seismic waveforms shows three data channels:

Long-Period channels LHZ, LHN, and LHE.

http://quake.geo.berkeley.edu/bdsn/make_seismogram_help.html

Each of the bands has three components, Z for vertical motion, E for east-west motion, and N for north-south motion.

Some stations in the USArray show a daily rhythmic motion for two channels of LHN and LHE, which means that a daily earth wobble

Earth Wobble Mechanics

lets a bowing of the North American Plate progress steadily.

I show examples of the seismic waveforms for six stations showing daily rhythmic north-south and east-west motion.

1) TA.N02D: Trinity Center, CA, USA; 40.97 N, 122.71 W

2) US.MVCO: Mesa Verde, Colorado, USA; 37.21 N, 108.50 W

3) US.MNTX: Cornudas Mountains, Texas, USA; 31.70 N, 105.38 W

6) TA.G59A: Clarenceville, QC, USA; 45.08 N, 73.18 W

There are other stations showing such daily rhythmic waveforms as well as six stations above.
