More evidence that you die when your number gets called…
…in that big hiring hall in the sky.
We've all read about, heard about, or lived through those times when, by God, you shoulda been a gonner, by for whatever reason, be it sheer dumb luck or God looking out for imbeciles, folks walk away from the wreckage unscathed.
Well, it's not luck and it's not God looking out for your sorry ass. It's because your time is not yet up.
And when it is, it is.
Look at these folks for example. Missy is just out there for a spin on her four-wheeler. She's not been into the grapes, she's wearing her helmet, and she's probably done this a million times without giving it a thought. What could go wrong?
And Buddy is just gone fishing. What could possibly go wrong?
What neither of them realized was that their time was up,
Their numbers got called. At the same time as it turns out.
Missy falls off her four-wheeler and dies. Four-wheeler continues on and bunts Buddy into the river, whereupon he drowns.
When your time is up, your time is up.
