Two Cops Taser African American Man Trying To Pick Up His Kids From School
He was absolutely innocent of committing any crime whatsoever when the St. Paul, Minnesota police officers approached him, asking for identification. The man in the video refused, explaining that he had not committed any crime and was not legally obligated to identify himslf if there was no probable cause for such.
“Why do I have to let you know who I am? I don’t have to let you know who I am if I haven’t broken any laws.”
That’s when 27-year-old Chris Lollie, explained that he was not loitering in front of the First National Bank building, he was in fact there to pick up his kids from school, just yards away.
After refusing to produce his “papers,” Lollie was eventually attacked, tasered right in front of his children, by two St. Paul police officers. In case you were wondering, both officers were Caucasian. Lollie pointed out this inconvenient fact, noting that “the real problem here is that I’m black.”MOREHERE
