I’m honestly still surprised that every single time I pass a McDonald’s it seems like the drive through has at least 5-6 cars in it. There food has been proven again and again to be lower quality and folks still seem to be gobbling it up like it’s filet mignon. Those folks need to watch this.
Researchers from The University of Nottingham filled a container with hydrochloric acid solution, a chemical found in our stomachs that aids in the digestive process, and dipped a burger in it for 3 and 1/2 hours. Why? Because they love science. that’s why.
The time lapse in the video shows the cheeseburger dissolving into a thick black sludge. We honestly can’t tell you if this is a bad thing or not, but we do know McDonald’s is garbage and their food sucks. Someone do this with Broccoli and film it ASAP.
Doesn’t everything we eat turn into a thick, black sludge?
It’s called Poo.
Not that I eat at McD’s more than once a year, but this is about what I’d expect any food dunked in dilute HCl to look like after 3½ hours.
Ok then….I won’t watch.
