When a person makes a conscious decision to lose weight, a number of changes take place. These changes can test a relationship in a number of ways, requiring the patience and acceptance of both parties. Without open communication, understanding, and a bit of sacrifice, a weight loss quest can be very taxing on a relationship.
For starters, losing weight might come with some hefty start-up costs. Paying for a gym membership and a personal trainer (and maybe a nutritionist) isn’t cheap.
