Apple cider vinegar, raw honey and cinnamon all provide revitalizing and rejuvenating effects individually, yet when combined their powers are even more profound. The syrup recipe consists of two cups of apple cider vinegar, two cups of honey and two teaspoons of cinnamon.
Combine the ingredients in a jar and stir well. The jar can be kept in a cool dry area, though if stored in the refrigerator the honey may settle and the mixture will need to be stirred before consumed.
